Fast Shipping & Same-Day Dispatch

Enjoy fast and free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150. We ship to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

All orders placed before 12pm (Monday - Friday) will be packaged and dispatched the same day.

Orders Under $150:

Australia Post - Standard: $14.99 (2 to 6 business days)

Australia Post - Express: $24.99 (1 to 3 business days)

Orders Over $150:

Australia Post - Standard: Free (2 to 6 business days)

Australia Post - Express: $24.99 (1 to 3 business days)

Discreet Packaging

All our parcels are discreet. No information regarding the contents or Bong Shop is visible on the outside of the parcel. We understand everyone's circumstances are different which is why we place a strong importance on keeping our packaging plain and simple. You can safely have our parcels delivered to your home or office as there will be no indication of the contents inside.

Same-day Dispatch

If you order before 12pm on business days (Monday - Friday), we will pack and dispatch your order that same day. All orders placed after 12pm will be packaged and dispatched the following day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you'll be able to track your order via your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be visible.

Track My Order 

After we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your order via Australia Post.
